The delegation visited the Group’s cultural exhibition hall, digital products exhibition hall, China Coal AI System Intelligent Center, and cross-border e-commerce company. It focused on the China Coal AI System and Yikuang.com’s cross-border B2B platform for industrial and mining equipment, gaining firsthand insight into how the AI system and platform are being put to innovative, scenario-based use in cross-border e-commerce.

During the on-site demonstration, the research team was shown the innovative implementation results and scenario-based applications of China Coal’s AI system in cross-border foreign trade. The presentation focused on the innovative one-person company (OPC) operating model, enabling a single person to simultaneously control seven AI agents to collaboratively conduct cross-border business. Relying on the AI system, the team completed a series of tasks, including overseas customer acquisition, multilingual marketing, inquiry response, and customer follow-up. The AI system technology significantly reduced labor costs in cross-border foreign trade and improved business response efficiency, opening up a new path for mining and industrial equipment to enter overseas markets.

Li Zhenbo, General Manager of the Group’s Information Technology Division and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, said that Yikuang.com, a vertical cross-border B2B platform for industrial and mining equipment, continues to deepen its focus on foreign trade in mining engineering machinery. It is continually strengthening its capabilities in identifying overseas buyers, promoting multilingual content, matching inquiries with suppliers, and fulfilling orders. The Zhongmei AI system focuses on real-world cross-border e-commerce scenarios and continuously improves its ability to coordinate AI-assisted operations. Through a new OPC one-person team model, it is reshaping how foreign trade operations are organized.

Next, the Group will continue to strengthen innovation in integrating AI systems with cross-border platforms, deepen the integration of AI technology with the foreign trade of industrial and mining equipment, refine AI application scenarios, and enhance the service capabilities of its AI systems and the Yikuangwang platform. These efforts will help more domestic industrial and mining equipment companies expand efficiently into overseas markets and promote high-quality growth in equipment manufacturing exports.
